Northeast Delta Dental's (NEDD) Dividends for Dentistssm (DfD) program has been developed from a desire to acknowledge our network dentists for their participation and support. NEDD recognizes that its network is a valuable corporate resource, one that provides a distinct advantage and positively differentiates NEDD from its competitors. By focusing attention on the network practitioners, it is hoped that, in turn, they recognize the utility their relationship with NEDD has brought to their professional lives.

NEDD has chosen two distinct ways to achieve its goals through the DfD program. These include:

A Recognition of Service Award Program

As a representation of NEDD's gratitude for network service rendered over time, NEDD elected to recognize those dentists who have achieved significant participation anniversaries with appropriate keepsakes. The awards, listed in order of service, are:

  • 5, 10, 15, 20, and 30 Years - Certificates of Participation
  • 25 Years - Etched Glass Plaque
  • 35 Years - Handcrafted Wood Clock or Charitable Donation
  • 40 Years - Custom Engraved Chair or Charitable Donation
  • 45 Years - Charitable Donation
